Ecco qui l’ultimo post sulle curve plus size, queste volta con il fisico a triangolo invertito.
Come sempre, le linee guida generali le trovate nel post Fisico a Triangolo Invertito – Inverted Triangle Body Shape e a quelle ora andremo ad aggiungere dei piccoli suggerimenti.
Le donne plus size appartenenti a questa categoria hanno il peso extra per lo più nella parte superiore del corpo: spalle piene, seno molto abbondante e pancia molto pronunciata su tutta la superficie (quindi da appena sotto lo sterno fino all’inguine), linea della vita quasi impercettibile, poco sedere ma un bacino e delle gambe belli e asciutti.
Quello che bisognerà fare sarà quindi dare volume alla parte bassa del corpo, aumentare il fondoschiena e arrotondarlo, creare un punto vita e cercare di ridurre spalle e seno.
I top quindi dovranno essere tendenzialmente monocromatici, senza decori o volumi sulle spalle, senza palline/rouches/fiocchi o qualunque decorazione ad altezza del seno perché tutto ciò aggiungerebbe volume dove invece stiamo cercando di toglierne. Quindi si a tutti i top con le spalle scoperte o semi scoperte, senza fantasie o quanto meno “stay minimal”. Assicurarsi che il bordo inferiore sia tagliato svasato o a peplo. Se vi piacciono i crop-top abbinateli con un pezzo di sotto a vita alta e largo.
Non dimenticate mai due regole:
1- il top dovrebbe essere sempre di un colore più scuro rispetto al pezzo di sotto
2- Se il pezzo di sopra è largo, anche il pezzo di sotto deve essere altrettanto largo.

Se siete amanti delle gonne lunghe, che siano scampanate.
Su gonne e pantaloni potete esagerare con i pattern e le decorazioni, a differenza dei top dove meno c’è, meglio è.
Pantaloni e jeans rigorosamente svasati, bootcut, dritti e gli shorts possibilmente non tagliati dritti.
Tute e vestiti come potete immaginare devono non avere troppi decori ad altezza spalle e anche qui, se il fondo è scampanato, tanto di guadagnato. Sopra aderente, sotto largo. L’effetto peplo può aiutarvi a coprire la pancia senza dover trattenere il fiato tutto il tempo. Ricordate che il punto vita migliore per voi è quello segnato ad altezza regolare. Assolutamente da evitare il punto vita alto o in stile impero.

Giacche e cappotti possibilmente lunghi fino ad altezza fianchi o comunque non oltre il ginocchio, molto sciancrati e quanto più “vaporosi” possibile dalla vita in giù. Consigliati anche i tagli asimmetrici. Niente doppiopetto perché solitamente tende a gonfiare troppo il busto.

Infine per quanto riguarda i costumi da bagno, se andate per il due pezzi vi consiglio la mutanda a vita alta e avvolgente, per dare più volume e rotondità; per il pezzo di sopra invece, anche qui ricordatevi la regola di andare quanto più minimal possibile. Vanno bene rouches, volant e cinturini se servono a definire un punto vita.

Plus size women of this category has the extra fat mostly concentrated in the upper part of their body: chubby shoulders, very large breast and baby bump look like belly (it means it starts from the upper abdomen and ends at the inguinal level), subtle waistline, almost flat butt with a narrow pelvis and slim legs.
What we need to do here is to enlarge and enfatize the lower part of your body, trying to create a full and round butt, creating a waistline and to shrink the upper part reducing shoulders and chest.
Your tops then should preferably be monochromatic, without decorations or anything that gives volume to your shoulders, no pom-poms/rouches/trims/bows or any kind of decoration at your bust level because this would enlarged it even more while we’re trying to make it narrower. The best choice then are basic and minimal tops, without particular patterns and off the shoulders. Be sure the bottom hem is flared or a peplum one. If you fancy crop-tops match them with an high waist and flared bottom piece.
Never forget two “rules”:
1- your top or shirt should be darker then your skirt or trousers
2- if your top is a loose one, wear a flared bottom piece too.

If you love long skirts, prefer flared ones.
You can pick very decorated and coloured skirts or trousers, while doing the opposite for your tops that should be following the adage “less is more”.
Flared trousers and jeans, bootcut (they will also provide a super hot bum), straight and look for Daisy Dukes short pants.
Overalls and dresses, as you can already imagine at this point, should be simple on the top part and flared on the bottom, nothing voluminous on the shoulder level but rather at the bottom. If you’re wearing a tight top, wear something loose for the bottom. Peplum models can help to hide your belly letting you feel more comfortable. Remeber that the waist line should be a regular one, absolutely avoid high waist dresses.

Jackets and coats lenght should be preferably up to your waist or the knees, above them is fine but not over your knees. They should also be waisted (not too much) and “puffed” from the waist down. Even asymmetrical coats are great. At last, avoid double breasted coats as they tend to enlarge your bust.

Last point on the list it’s swimwear: prefer high waist briefs, like control briefs, because they donate natural volume and roundness; for the bra instead remember less is more. Rouches and trims are a go if they create a narrower waistline.
